Produced each year in limited quantities, it is carefully prepared according to the seasons and the natural ripening period of the fruits. Each flavor carries the aroma and character of the region’s nature, from sour cherry, walnut, and pomegranate to cornelian cherry, blackberry, and black elderberry, creating an authentic, warm, and tradition-filled experience.
